This includes issues such as copyright infringement, contractual agreements, digital streaming, AI-generated content, social media impact, legal considerations in new media platforms, international perspectives, diversity in the industry, and anticipatory insights into the future of entertainment law. Held on 26the April 2024, the course features engaging discussion by esteemed industry professionals, including Mr. Shailendra Bhandare, Partner at Khaitan and Co; Purnima Thacker, IP Head at Mulla and Mulla; and Rutwik Rao, Advocate at Bombay High Court.
